Session 04 - Short Summary

This session welcomes contributions on scientific results and experiences from previous, ongoing, and planned future field campaigns to study processes driving polar climate changes. As the planning for the upcoming International Polar Year V (2032-2033) is advancing, it is particularly relevant to share lessons learned from earlier observational and/or modeling studies on novel ways to efficiently design future campaigns. Contributions that discuss how strategic planning can advance inter- and trans-disciplinary science, and take into account societal needs and environmental concerns are encouraged.
