If you contact us via email or sign up for the mailing list, we will store your personal information (firstname, lastname and email address) as long as we need it to fulfill our services to you (i.e. answering your questions, sending you news via the mailing list). The data from the mailing list will be deleted latest one year after the conference in March 2028.
